I always use the better quality fuel (like Shell V-Power) as the quality of this fuel is not being affected.
You should still be able to get higher-octane ‘super’ E5 petrol at most places. It’s better for the engine as well.

Also, If you’re near Leicester I know that Phil at Fork N Wheels has done excellent work for me.
Front forks are repairable and you can usually find fork seal kits for them from most spares suppliers. It’s best to do both of them at the same time.
