Hi Marek,
Sorry to hear you haven’t received your club patch yet. I have resent your order confirmation to our merchandising officer, Will Lawry. Did you receive your new member’s card, patch and Clatter magazine yet?
Cheers,

Hi Ian, I think you’ll need to ask an accessory dealer that can import from the USA to the UK.
I did purchase a lot from Baron Custom Accessories in the US a long time ago but worth an ask at one of their dealers: Baron Custom Dealers

Hi Sarah,
The most difficult bit for me, when I did my wife’s grips on a Honda Super Magna, was actually getting the old grips off. I had to work quite hard, twisting and pulling, squirting WD40 between the bar and the grip, but eventually go there. Your grips may come off a lot easier. Trailing the wires down the bars and then under the tank, along the frame wasn’t that bad to be…Read More -

Hi Paul,
I always use the better quality fuel (like Shell V-Power) as the quality of this fuel is not being affected.
You should still be able to get higher-octane ‘super’ E5 petrol at most places. It’s better for the engine as well.Kind regards,

Hi Joe,
I can find the owners manual here: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/659445/Yamaha-Virago-Xv125s.html
But the workshop manual is a lot harder to find, as you say.Apparently the workshop manual for the XV250 is the same, it’s just the larger engine compared to yours.
Some places to get them are…Read More -

Hi Paul,
Front forks are repairable and you can usually find fork seal kits for them from most spares suppliers. It’s best to do both of them at the same time.
Here’s a great page to look at for more information: http://viragotech.com/newtech/Fork%20Seal%20Job.htm
In what condition is the chrome on the forks? If they are becoming pitted, then it might be a good idea to get them…Read More
