Event Highlights:

• Live entertainment and DJ – all three nights
• Ride out event (destination TBA)
• Welcome tent

Amenities:

• Secure bike parking in a designated area
• Free Tea and Coffee tent
• On-site catering with meals and breakfast (meals are not included in ticket price)
• Very reasonable bar prices with late-night services on Thursday & Friday
• Excellent camping area
• Separate male and female shower facilities and essential amenities available

Accommodation:

• Vans & campers: Limited availability,
• preference given to Blue Badge Holders – Prebook only

We are also looking at Glamping and pre-erected tents as other options – More information will be detailed here as soon as we know.

Arrival & Departure:

• Arrive: No arrivals before Thursday 2pm (facilities unavailable before this time)
• Depart: Sunday by 12-noon (facilities are unavailable after this time)

Please Note:

• Food is not included in the ticket price
• Meals including breakfast are available for purchase on-site

Online Ticket Information:

• Tickets are excellently priced at £25 per person
• Order and pay online with your Debit or Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer or Cheque
• Your Rally Tickets are emailed to you
• No need to send an SAE using this method

Remember, your rally tickets will be emailed to you.

Postal Ticket Applications

If you are unable to use the online method of ordering your rally tickets, then you can use our postal service and pay by cheque. Please remember to include an email address, your centre number, membership number and the names of people attending. We will email your rally tickets to you.

If you don’t have any email address to use then you must include a Stamped Self Addressed Envelope with your payment.
