Please note that, as with all VSOC Rallies, Cash Payments are being accepted on the gate. £25 On The Gate – CASH ONLY.
Sorry, but we are unable to accept card payments for entrance to the rally.

Event Highlights:
Live entertainment and DJ – all three nights
Ride out event to Sherwood Forest Visitor Centre
Welcome tent
Amenities:
Secure bike parking in a designated area
Free Tea and Coffee tent
On-site catering with meals and breakfast (meals are not included in the ticket price)
Very reasonable bar prices with late-night services on Thursday & Friday
Excellent camping area
Separate male and female shower facilities and essential amenities available
Accommodation:
Vans & campers: As from 6th March 2024, all campervan/caravan spaces at the International Rally are full. No further requests for spaces will be accepted.
We will be contacting those that have previously made requests soon.
Pre-erected tents are now available at a cost of £200, which also includes two camp beds. You will need to bring your own sleeping bags.
Imagine riding up to the rally site and not having to put up a tent. Just place your gear in the tent, meet your friends and get on with the weekend.
Arrival & Departure:
Arrive: No arrivals before Thursday 2pm (facilities unavailable before this time)
Depart: Sunday by 12-noon (facilities are unavailable after this time)

Dear Sirs,
We will be participating to the international rally next week. Please kindly confirm, if card payments are widely approved at the rally premises (and which cards are preferred). Any need to use cash there?

Thanks for asking.
All usual debit and credit card types (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) are accepted and welcomed.
There should not be any need for cash, but it may be useful to have some during your visit, just in case.
