Update:

For those that attended the Rally in a Hotel this year back in May, bookings for next year (April 27/28^th 2018) can now take place.
Deposit of £50 per person (same as last year) will be taken, with the balance being taken from the same card, four weeks before the event.
Quote: VSOC or Yamaha when booking for the agreed rate for the two nights including 2 x Breakfasts and 2 evening meals.

Anyone else that wishes to attend, should do so by contacting me first to ensure we are not over subscribed, otherwise their booking will be cancelled.
There will be a Rally Ticket price on the door (same as last year) to cover entertainment/rally patch/armband costs.
Those attending should do so on their motorcycle, as we are a bike club after all!

Rally in a Hotel 2018….. In Gloucester same as last year. Dates 27/28th April. The 116 members that stayed over in the Hotel last year, to book first. You will be given from the 20th Sept for 4 weeks to book directly with the Hotel. Your names will be given to the Hotel so they can verify who attended last year. There are a few not able to make it this year, so there will be spaces available as well as 24 “more” spaces for us this time around. I have names on the “extra” list so far, so if you wish to go next year, please let me know. A deposit will be required (same as last year) at time of booking. After the 4 week timeframe has ended, I will open up to any member wishing to attend. As last year, you are expected to ride your bike to this event, and the few who didn’t had valid reasons why not. All those will be attending on their bikes next year I know. Great event this year, so no doubt will be great next year.
